Account Executive (AE)

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

Executive Producer
- Create compelling content suitable for all platforms, guiding a team to do the same.
- Creating, managing, and editing text, video, and slideshow digital news content and coverage for all platforms.
- Oversee our digital operation across all digital platforms
- Collaborating with the entire newsroom on developing stories and best practices for digital publishing
- Work closely with other key newsroom lead to ensure a multiplatform approach with all our content.
- Responsible for day to day decision making and story selection, headline writing, social media, and breaking news for digital audiences
-Plan and executes live-streaming strategy to encourage viewership on digital platforms.
-Create digital coverage plans for big news events. Consider how content is organized/displayed, design interactive elements, order graphics, etc. to enhance coverage
-Work closely with marketing to develop unique commercial content
Requirements
- Experienced as video/content producer or videographer & editor or senior content creator for at least 3 years
- Have at least 2 years experience as a news reporter, always updated with the latest news
- Passionate and knowledgeable about journalism and storytelling.
- Extensive knowledge of YouTube optimization
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Thorough understanding of online video environment and online distribution.
- Ability to create content for various audiences in a clear, consistent, strategic manner
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Must be able to understand research and execute on the findings
- Ability to work well with others and deal with employee issues appropriately
- Must be a quick leading innovator who can lead a team in a changing media environment

Producer/Social Media Specialist
- Create, manage, and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan and schedule content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, X).
- Produce high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content (text, images, videos) for social media posts.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to refine social media strategies and content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, news, tools, and best practices.
- Experiment with new content formats and strategies to keep our social media presence fresh and innovative.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and social media, to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice.

Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in production, editorial, or related fields

Requirements
